Red FM Senior Hurling League Semi Final Reaction
Erin's Own became the first side through to the RED FM Senior Hurling League final, with a nine point win over Sarsfields tonight. The sides were level after 60 minutes at 1-13 a piece, but Erins Own took full control in the opening minute of extra time with their second goal, and closed it out strongly with a 2-21 to 1-15 victory. They now await the winners of Blackrock and Ballymartle, as they contest the other Semi Final on Saturday afternoon at 4pm in Riverstown. Sarsfields continue their preparations for the Munster Championship Semi Final against Limerick Champions Kilmallock on November 9th.
