Roy Keane leaves Nottingham Forest
Roy Keane is no longer Nottingham Forest's assistant manager.
The club have confirmed that the Mayfield man has parted ways with the club after 5 months as Martin O'Neill's number 2.
It's thought that the former Manchester United skipper wants to resume his own career as a manager.
In a statement released by the club today, Keane said that working with O'Neill over the last few years was one of his greatest experiences in football and he went on to thank him.
Keane's last solo gig was at Ipswich where he was fired in January 2011 as the club failed to progress in the second tier.
