Despite beating Progrès Niederkorn 2-1, the Rebel Army went out 3-2 on aggregate.
Garry Buckley opened the scoring with an absolute cracker after just two minutes, the midfielder latching on to Karl Sheppard's knock down and rifling the ball into the back of the net from the edge of the box.
