Niamh talks about the mental health campaign called “Hello, How Are You?”. It’s a national campaign that National Rail is backing, it’s aimed at engaging in open conversations about mental health. There are over 250 other events registered around the country.
They’re asking the public to participate in Coffee Mornings, get out for a walk and chat or even just connect and reach out to friends and family.
