Terms and Conditions

  • Prize is for entry to the Final of the RedFM Selfie to Safari Promotion
  • The final will take place on 29th April 2016 and finalists must make their way to the venue at their own expense.
  • The Prize includes;
    • Return Flights for 2 – Dublin to Cape Town
    • 7 nights’ accommodation in Cape Town
    • A Sightseeing Tour of Cape Town
    • Table Mountain Cable Car Experience
    • A Safari Adventure Tour
    • Tour of Wine Region, Township, & Robben Island
    • A Multitrip.com Travel Insurance Policy
    • 15,000 South African Rand Spending Money

 

  • Prize consists of one pair of Economy class tickets from Dublin to Cape Town & one pair of Economy class tickets from Cape Town to Dublin.
  • The trip must be taken between these time periods: May 1st 2016 – July 15th 2016 and August 01st - October 15th 2016
  • All dates requested are subject to availability and confirmation from Turkish Airlines
  • Prize must be redeemed and booked by the winner within 14 days of winning and the travel dates must be requested a minimum of one month before intended travel dates.
  • The accommodation in Cape Town subject to availability at the time of booking and may be on a bed only basis.
  • The Sightseeing Tour of Cape Town includes the Table Mountain Cable Car Experience
  • The Cape Town Safari Adventure Tour is a one-day tour
  • The Tour of Wine Region, Township, & Robben Island is a one-day tour
  • Multitrip.com Travel Insurance Policy is an Annual Worldwide Premier Policy for 2 people.
  • The spending money will be issued to the winner in the form of a cheque via post.
  • Competition is open to Irish residents only.
  • Entrants and the accompanying passenger must be aged 21 years or older. Both passengers must travel together.  
  • Any requested upgrades or changes to the stated holiday prize will be at the winner's own expense.
  • Prize is non-transferable, will only be awarded to the winner and both passengers must travel together. Prize is not valid for any other destination
  • Failure to avail of this trip for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates stated in this document, does not entitle the winner to an alternative holiday or a cash prize.
  • Failure to avail of this trip for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates stated in this document will result in the winner forfeiting the prize.
  • No date changes will be accepted after the booking has been made.
  • Prize money is payable to the prize winner only, as part of this overall prize. The prize must be accepted as a whole or will be forfeited in its entirety.
  • Prize does not include airport transfers.
  • Income taxes (if any) paid on the value of this prize, or any other applicable surcharges, shall be the responsibility of the winner, parent or legal guardian.
  • Winner and accompanying persons must obtain all visas, permissions and are solely responsible for any special visa requirements and medical vaccinations/other recommended medical requirements.
  • Visa fees apply for EU passport holders and winner must pay these fees themselves.
  • Winner and guest must hold valid passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date for the trip).
  • Winner and guest are solely responsible for completing all documentation (electronic or other) required in advance of travel/entry and are solely responsible for paying any associated fees.
  • Winner and guest are solely responsible for any duty which must be paid on goods purchased abroad upon their return to Ireland.
  • It is recommended that you contact your local GP or a travel doctor for advice on vaccinations and travel health. Any costs incurred as a result will be at the winners’ own expense.
  • Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. telephone charges, meals, room service, excursions, airport transfer etc.) will be at the winner's own expense.
  • Initial Names given as prize-winners cannot be changed, names must be furnished as per passport. Any additional changes or charges as a result of name changes after the prize has been booked will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
  • The competition winner agrees to promotional photo shoot and for usage of such in various promotional materials required.
