DOG FOUND BEHEADED

Caroline from Cork Dog Action Welfare is speaking to Neil after a dog was discovered in the Glen.

The animal had no head & appeared to have been burnt or seriously decomposed.

This is a the second disturbing incident from the area where a dog was burnt in January & a video circulated on social media.
