AGSI says it's up to bus and train drivers to enforce face coverings rule

It's up to bus and train drivers to enforce the new compulsory masks rule on public transport, according to the Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors.  

The AGSI says the guidance is clear that the role of gardai is secondary.

The National Bus and Rail Union says it's not going to ask drivers to enforce the rule.
