Cabinet to discuss Phase Four

The cabinet will meet later to decide whether or not to push ahead with phase four of easing Covid-19 restrictions on Monday. 

Public gatherings of up to a hundred indoors and five hundred outdoors would be allowed. 

All pubs and nightclubs are also due to reopen.

However the Irish Times reports the reopening's set to be delayed, after NPHET warned about a rise in cases among young people.
