European Commission to announce multi billion recovery plan
The European Commission will today announce a multi-billion euro recovery plan from the Covid-19 pandemic.
President Ursula von der Leyen will outline the plans in the European Parliament in the afternoon.
Members states have already agreed a 540 billion euro package and today's announcement could match that.
