Foreign Affairs Minister believes Taoiseach should travel to Washington for St Patrick's Day

But Foreign Affairs Minister and Cork TD Simon Coveney says he believes it can be managed in a safe way:

"Foreign travel for St Patrick's Day this year will be very very restricted.
