H&M To Close 170 Stores Globally With No Confirmation On How This Will Impact Its Irish Stores

H&M operates 16 stores in Ireland, one of which is on Opera Lane in the city centre.


H&M has refused to comment on how the closure of 170 stores worldwide will impact on their Irish stores 

The closures are expected to affect shops across H&M Group’s seven brands, which include COS, Monki, and Weekday.

However, to offset the loss of certain stores, a further 130 stores are expected to open globally
