Holohan rules out easing of restrictions before December 1st

The Chief Medical Officer says he doesn't anticipate any easing of Level 5 coronavirus restrictions earlier than planned.
There's been a fall in the number of new cases in most parts of the country, with the 14-day incidence now at 248 per 100,000.
However health officials have raised concerns over the "stubbornly" high levels of Covid-19 in Dublin.
Dr Tony Holohan doesn't think lifting some lockdown measures before December 1st is currently an option.
"We'd never rule anything out, we're always looking at what's happening with the disease at a point in time. If we think that we need to make a change in any recommendations have we'd make them.
"Please don't think that's me signalling we're about to do that, I don't anticipate at this stage on the basis of what we're seeing that we'll be in a position to do anything like that."
