Labour says there is no reason for the Minister to be travelling outside his 5km

Minister Darragh O'Brien is facing criticism for visiting nine counties to reveal plans for multi-million euro housing projects.

A spokesperson for the minister says all of the trips are being done in strict adherence to Covid guidelines.
