Immunology Expert Says Local Lockdowns Will Become A Feature Over Next Year

It's after the Chief Medical Officer Tony Holohon expressed extreme concern over the high incidence rate of coronavirus in Donegal
Professor Tomas Ryan of Trinity College Dublin local lockdowns could be needed in border counties due to restrictions easing in the North:
"The opening of society in Northern Ireland, obviously puts greater pressure on the border counties. Therefore the border counties are at greater risk. There are many ways of dealing with this, we can have local lockdowns in the border counties which would be the most extreme way of dealing with it."
