Irish College of GPs president says pubs shouldn't fully reopen

A meeting of the National Public Health Emergency Team is currently ongoing. 

They're considering whether the final phase of the easing of restrictions should go ahead on July 20th.

Mary Favier, president of the Irish College of GPs, believes pubs shouldn't fully reopen on that date.
