'It's Up To Bus And Train Drivers To Enforce Compulsory Masks Rule On Public Transport

That's according to the Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors

The AGSI says the guidance is clear that the role of gardai is secondary.

The National Bus and Rail Union says it's not going to ask drivers to enforce the rule.
