NPHET to discuss full reopening of pubs

The country's top health officials will consider whether pubs should be allowed to fully reopen at a meeting this morning. 

The National Public Health Emergency Team will also discuss a 'green list' of countries for foreign travel. 

They'll also speak about the Covid Tracker App, which 1 million people have now downloaded.
