President of the EU Commission predicting a good summer with EU Digital Covid Certificate

Regulations to give effect to the EU Digital Covid Certificate have been signed by the EU.

President of the EU Commission, Ursula von der Leyen is predicting a good summer:

"Overall thanks to the success of the European vaccination strategy, and thanks to the success of this work on the EU, digital Covid certificate, we can look forward towards a good summer, we can look forward towards a travelling towards travelling safely, and we will bring back the spirit of an open Europe. Our union is delivering."
