Property prices rise despite lockdown

Irish property prices rose slightly in April despite the Covid-19 lockdown.
The cost of buying a home increased by 0.5% from the same month in 2019.
Prices in Dublin declined by 0.1%, while the largest rise in house prices was in the west at 5.8%.
Just over 2,350 properties were sold in April, which is down almost 35% on the CSO's figures from March.
