Tánaiste hopeful all pubs can reopen on Monday

The Tánaiste has said he hopes all pubs will be able to reopen from Monday.

Cabinet Ministers are meeting this evening to approve moving to phase four of the easing of Coronavirus restrictions. 

International travel will also be discussed ahead of a green list being decided on Monday and amid fears of tourists coming her and not self isolating.
