The Tánaiste says the government won't rule out any strategy for tackling COVID-19

It comes after renewed calls for a zero-COVID policy and tighter restrictions on international travel.
The government is considering whether to implement NPHET advice, that would mean anyone arriving into the country would need two COVID tests over 5 days before they can exit quarantine.
Labour Leader Alan Kelly says there needs to be a clear strategy for exiting the current restrictions from the government, "Quarantined once you arrive in this country. Also, obviously we have to have a strategy for the border, which I believe you have taken on board some of our suggestions. Also in relation to managing airports, and then we Panzer like focusing on where the virus is in the community and suppress it."
