The Karen Fenton Memorial 5k run is taking place on April 23rd, at 12.30 pm.
It's a tribute and fundraising event in aid of 43 year old Karen who sadly lost her battle with ovarian cancer in April of 2017. The first memorial event happened 12 months later.
The aim of the memorial run is to raise much needed funds for those who are battling ovarian cancer as well as for research into the illness.
It's also an opportunity for members of the public to "Run To Remember" their loved ones.
