Confused about the current rules and restrictions?

This morning Dr John Sheehan joined Neil to help answer questions concerning the changing rules on close contacts, segregation, the time needed in isolation, back to school, and covid certs.  He also delivered a positive message, saying 'Don't lose hope and don't get dispirited as there will be bright times ahead'.
