LISTEN BACK: Dr. Nick Flynn speaks to Neil about travel and Covid-19
Dr. Nick Flynn speaks to Neil about travel and Covid-19. The Department of Foreign Affairs have been strongly urging those considering undertaking non-essential overseas travel to think again. For people arriving into Ireland, there is a legal requirement for passengers arriving into the country to fill in a form saying where they intend to self-isolate for two weeks. However, the Government is examining the introduction of "air bridges" between Ireland and other countries where the incidence of Covid-19 is low.
And if these arrangements could be put in place, this would mean travellers arriving from air-bridge countries would no longer be expected to self-isolate.
