Neil is speaking to Jennifer and Valerie, mum and aunt of the late Kimberly O' Connor who died aged 16 in a crash on Harbour View Road in February. The family have been left distraught by her passing and they hope that no more children will die on our roads. Just this week, another car flipped over on Harbour View Road after smashing into a vehicle driven by a pizza delivery man. It made the family relive the nightmare again.
