19 Fatally Stabbed in Japan
At least 19 people have been stabbed to death at a centre for disabled people in Japan, in the worst mass-killing the country's seen for many years.
A man who used to work there has been arrested after handing himself in - reportedly telling police he wanted to "get rid of the disabled from the world".
20 people are seriously injured after the attack west of Tokyo.
Yoshihide Suga is the country's top government spokesman.
