30 Of The 55 seats On Cork County Council Have Been Filled Overnight

Fianna Fail enjoying the lions share of the seats so far
Voter turnout was 51.6% and counting continued into the early hours at the Count Centres with Clonakilty finally calling it a night just after 2.30am
So the lie of the land here is -
Fianna Fail has won 13 of those seats, topping the poles with candidates in 6 of the 10 local electoral areas.
Fine Gael has claimed 10 seats so far, with independents on 6 and the Labour Party on 1.
