37,000 Homes Are Being Added To The National Broadband Plan

It comes over a month after the final contract was signed

Government officials thought they had to leave them off the broadband plan under EU rules banning the state from competing with private operators. 

But The Sunday Business Post reports no private company was providing access to the homes in Cork, Dublin, Wexford and Galway.
