40 Year Old Man Injured In Assault On Patrick Street Last Month Died Today At Cork University Hospital
The man has been named locally as James Duncan from Knocknaheeny
He had suffered serious injuries when he was assaulted on September 12th last.
Gardai have requested the services of the State Pathologist's Office
