48% of social housing offers in the city refused

That's according to the Head of Housing at City Hall.

Almost half of social housing offers in the city are being turned down. 

That's according to the Head of Housing at City Hall Valerie O'Sullivan who is questioning the nature of the housing crisis Leeside. 

She says the level of refusal of offers stands at 48% and applicant's reasons have included the property having no garden and not being close enough to their mother.
