5,000 Fewer Houses For Sale Compared To 12 Months Ago
A new report shows nearly 5,000 fewer houses were for sale at the start of this year than 12 months previously.
Sherry Fitzgerald figures claim there were 22,100 on the market in January, compared to over 26,500 in the same month in 2016.
The estate agent says supply in Dublin is down 43% on levels from January 2010.
