30,000 lights will set Patrick Street aglow this Festive Season
Cork city and surrounds are set to sparkle this Christmas as the City Council are putting up 35 Christmas trees and 55,000 Christmas lights
30,000 lights will set Patrick Street aglow while an additional 10,000 lights, falling tubes, stars and snowflakes will light up Glow - the Christmas Celebration in the city
10 Christmas trees have already been installed in the city centre while 25 more are being put up in areas such as Blackpool, Knocknaheeny, Douglas, Togher and the Black Ash Park and Ride...
In total, five kilometres of lights will be strung around Christmas trees in Cork by the City Council this Christmas.
