A Man In His Early 20s Has Been Arrested After Gardai Seized Of €125,000 Of Cocaine

The drugs were seized at a wooded area at Fermoy
Members of the Cork City Divisional Drugs Unit observed the man yesterday evening shortly after 6.30pm.
The man collected a quantity of suspected cocaine before being subsequently stopped and arrested by Gardaí.
He is currently being detained at Fermoy Garda Station.

In a separate incident, a man's been arrested after the seizure of nearly 80-thousand euro worth of drugs in Midleton.
Detectives from the Midleton Drugs Unit stopped an 18-year-old man they had under surveillance in the Ballick area of Midleton.
They found cannabis worth 45-thousand euro along with smaller amounts of cocaine and MDMA in two gear bags.
A man's been arrested and remains in custody at Midleton Garda Station.
