A Plane Which Made An Emergency Landing At Shannon Airport Is Being Checked For A Technical Fault

The plane landed in Shannon yesterday

It's after the British Airways jet reported an alarm light in the cockpit while flying from London to New York and diverted to Shannon.

Flight BA-179 jettisoned fuel before landing safely at around twenty to 8 yesterday evening.

A spokesperson says it's not clear when it will resume it's journey to New York.
