A Post-Rehab Facility Is To Open In Cork After A 12-Year Wait 

Teach Mhuire on the Western Road - has been lying idle after it was bought by a charity in 2007

However the Irish Examiner reports that it's to officially open today following an allocation of operational funding by the HSE.

The centre opened it's doors in early January and has remained at full capacity with a waiting list to get in since then. 

It is full at the moment with 16 people being treated there.
