Afternoon Summit In Brussles Cancelled
This afternoon's summit of all 28 members of the EU to discuss the Greek debt crisis, has been cancelled.
However Eurozone finance ministers are still meeting this morning to continue talks on whether to approve reforms put forward by Greece, in return for bailout cash.
They were unable reach an agreement yesterday, despite hours of discussions and the fact that Greece had committed to a series of economic reforms
