Aid Agency GOAL Describe Young Cork Girl As An "Inspiration"

A 7-year-old Cork girl has touched the hearts of staff working for humanitarian aid agency, GOAL after she donated her pocket money to help others less fortunate than herself
Rosie Thompson, from Ballycroneen in East Cork, was moved to donate to GOAL after watching a television documentary about the charity's work last year.
The first-class pupil saved up €50 in coins in a specially converted shoe box.
GOAL CEO, Siobhan Walsh, said she was extremely moved by Rosie's thoughtfulness and extraordinary humanity.
