Aiken Promotions deny Cork concert rumours

Aiken Promotions has moved to distance themselves from reports that they have been in talks to bring Adele or Garth Brooks to Cork next Summer.
This morning the City's Lord Mayor claimed that Aiken Promotions are in talks with the County Board to host the two artists at Páirc Uí Chaoimh next June and July..
However Peter Aiken of Aiken Promotions has confirmed this lunchtime to RedFM News that he has not been in talks with anyone in relation to securing either of these artists for Cork and has described the remarks as "irresponsible"
But speaking to RedFM News in the past hour Lord Mayor Cllr Des Cahill says he is standing over his comments.
