46% of Irish teenagers aged 15 to 16 report being drunk in their lifetime

In 2015, that figure stood at 34%.

Despite the passing of the Public Health Act over 6 months ago, minimum unit pricing on alcohol sold in off-licenses and supermarkets has not been introduced.
