Another near-normal music event's taking place in Liverpool later

A crowd of 5-thousand will watch headline act Blossoms in Sefton Park - without having to social-distance or wear face coverings
On Friday night, clubbers returned to the dancefloor as part of another government safety pilot event in the city.
Public Health expert, Professor Iain Buchan, says only those who can provide a negative Covid test will get in today:
"We want to test people as close to the event as possible, and we want to get 1000s of people tested so the only appropriate technology for that is lateral flow if you combine what we've studied about performance of the lateral flow test and apply that on top of the background rates, You can create a public health safety net."
