Belgian authorities have released a man suspected to be involved in the Brussels attack.

Belgian authorities have released the only man arrested and charged with any involvement in the Brussels attack.

The man they named as Faycal C - a freelance journalist - had been facing a charge of terrorist murder but was allowed to walk free after a judge decided there wasn't enough evidence to continue holding him.

35 people were killed and many more injured in the terror attacks at the airport and Metro station last Tuesday.
