Amanda O'Flaherty was killed in a crash in Cobh over three years ago and Gardai found afterwards that the car had defects in it's rear suspension and was leaking water and oil.
The case of Amanda's car was the subject of a Primetime Investigation into the potential pitfalls of the NCT test
Speaking on the Neil Prendeville Show on Cork's RedFM Paula says she will be in Blackpool and Patrick Street today and tomorrow asking people to sign a petition for a change to the NCT
