A mother whose newborn daughter died when she was just five-days-old has welcomed plans at Cork University Maternity Hospital to offer anomaly scans to all expectant mothers in the future.
Jazmine Sands' daughter recently died from a congenital heart defect which went undetected during her pregnancy.
