Bieber shocked by photographer's death
Justin Bieber sends his thoughts and prayers to the family of a photographer who was killed after taking a picture of the singer's Ferrari. The man was struck by another vehicle as he walked across the road in LA. Justin Bieber was not in the car at the time. In a statement - the teenager says he hopes the tragedy will finally bring about legislation and whatever other necessary steps are needed to protect the lives of celebrities, police officers, innocent bystanders and the papparazzi themselves.
