Blackpool residents say they will take to the streets

It's over the area's exclusion from the new 'Living City Plan'.
Blackpool residents say they will take to the streets if their village continues to be excluded from the new 'Living City Plan' which was launched Leeside this week.
The plan has been slammed by locals in Blackpool who say they've been completely forgotten about.
The initiative which was designed to regenerate local areas of historic value provides a tax incentive to potential buyers and traders in Blackpool says it's badly needed there.
It's believed some of the buildings in the village have been derelict for almost 20 years and traders say they won't stand by while the area is left to rot.
