Body of missing Irish woman in France found

The family of a missing Eimear Noonan confirmed her body has been found in France.

In a Facebook post by Eimear's brother, he says French authorities informed them of her death after an accidental fall while out running.

Eimear, from Co Clare, was living in the town of Annonay where she worked as an English teacher having graduated from UCC last month with an honours degree in Irish and French.

Cathal Noonan described his sister as a 'warm, bubbly person', and has appealed for privacy on behalf of the family.
