Both Sides In The Beef Dispute Will Attempt To Find A Solution At Talks Today

Meat Industry Ireland has confirmed it's entering the negotiations organised by the Agriculture Minister, Michael Creed

Here in Cork between 20-25 farmers staged a protest outside Aldi in Mitchelstown yesterday from half past 7 until 1am. 

The farmers say they're frustrated following moves by Aldi who have begun labelling Irish beef in their stores as 'processed in the UK'

Speaking to RedFM News ahead of the talks today Ger Dineen of the Beef Plan Movement say retailers are getting the biggest margins while farmers are working for nothing
