Britney Spears has admitted that she loves to shop in bargain stores. The 31-year-old star's finances have been out of her personal control since 2008 when her father stepped in and took control of them following a public meltdown... Last year Britney spent less than half of her $14 million allowance and indulged in fast food restaurants and outlets selling products for less than a dollar.
