Buttevant man given sulky driving ban
A 24-year-old man from Buttevant has been banned from sulky driving for six months. The ruling at Mallow District Court on Tuesday - is believed to be the first of it's kind in the country. Aidan Hooper of 10 O'Brien Terrace in Buttevant was banned after he refused to stop his sulky for gardai and drove the horse and carriage in a dangerous manner on the main Cork to Limerick road on the 7th of July 2013.
