Call for support for fundraising event for former Cork journalist

Cork Ladies footballer Juliet Murphy has designated her SportsLife Tribute Show to assist the fundraising for stroke victim and former Evening Echo journalist Deirdre O'Reilly 43 year old Deirdre, who is a mother of two, suffered a traumatic stroke just before Christmas which has left her requiring full time care for the rest of her life and a trust fund has been established to adapt a purpose home suitabe for her needs.. Over 250,000 euro needs to be raised for Deirdre's future needs which will include ongoing speech and lanaguage therapy, intense physio and occupational therapy.. Dee's brother Liam outlined to RedFM why the funds are so important.
